Fees for any purchase are due in full at the time of the transaction. You agree to pay all applicable charges.

5. Services Refund Policy

Eligible refund requests for professional services must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Service assignments may be transferred to another party upon written request and Accenvox approval.

Non-refundable services include custom engagements and on-site consultancy sessions, due to the allocation of personnel and scheduling considerations. No refund will be issued once work has commenced.

6. Digital Product Refund Policy

For digital products, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Merchandise Refund Policy

Approved refunds for merchandise will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

8. Changes to Terms

Accenvox reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect upon publishing.
